      • For me, I salt my meat and vegetables at every meal.
      • I also use 2 servings a day of a vegetable bouillon cube.
        • One in the morning and one about 8 hours later
  • Potassium: Important for heart health and muscle contractions.
    • I have not used this before, but I have been having more cramps here lately, so I am going to add one.
    • This is the one I am going to try, potassium citrate.  I will give it a month or two and let you know if it helps me or not.
    • I am also going to add avocados to my diet.
  • Magnesium: a key mineral that many people on keto lack. It plays a vital role in muscle function, nerve signaling, and sleep quality.
    • Benefits:

    • I use a Magnesium chloride supplement that has helped me tremendously.
